When you arrive for your intuitive bodywork session…

• We will start with a short intake or conversation to inform me how I can best personalize your session. We will discuss your preferences and goals for the session.
• I will step out of the room while you get settled on the cozy table – fitted with 100% cotton linens and an amazing jade infrared warming pad.
• After a few minutes I will knock on the door before entering and check in – all set?
• I incorporate neuromuscular therapy/medical massage – structural/form targeted therapies – with jin shin, acupressure, aromatherapy, breathwork, energy healing, fascia release, and intuition to personalize your session for a mind/body balancing treatment. I use organic oils – primarily jojoba, sunflower, avocado & coconut.
• I offer spa enhancements – hot towels, organic herbal oils, sound healing, homemade CBD arnica salve, and specialty add ons to your session.
• At the end of the session you can have some water or tea and take some time to rest outside at the picnic table or in the waiting area for integration before reengaging with the world.
• I primarily work with women – I work with men via referral only.
