When you arrive for an intuitive bodywork session…

• We will start with a short intake form to inform me how I can best personalize your session.
• We will then touch base to discuss your preferences and goals for the session for extra clarity and insights.
• I will step out of the room while you get settled on the cozy table – fitted with 100% cotton linens and an amazing jade infrared heating pad – for your session.
• After a few minutes of settling into the space and moment. I will knock on the door and begin with presence at your feet. Here, I begin with getting us grounded, and invite your guides, angels, protectors, healers, and teachers to guide me. My ego remains outside, I turn my mind off to attune to your body, get into a meditative state and begin.
• I incorporate neuromuscular therapy/medical massage – structural/form targeted therapies – with jin shin, acupressure, aromatherapy, breathwork, energy healing, sound tools, fascia release, and intuition to personalize your session for a mind/body balancing treatment.
• I love to create a spa like experience in my sessions – hot towels, organic herbal oils, and specialty add ons.
• Afterwards, I will offer you some water or tea and you can take some time to rest outside at the picnic table or in the waiting area for integration before reengaging with the world.
• Why I primarily work with women – Occasionally, I will work on men via referral. Men’s bodies are denser and harder on my body so I have focused my bodywork practice on women.

• You will receive an intake by email to complete before your session – this information will help me know where you are at and give me an idea of where you are wanting to go in your life.
• At your 1st appointment we will discuss your goals and challenges. We will identify your primary obstacles and blocks and tap into the vision of your soul’s truth and deepest longing.
• Together, we will reconnect you to the larger part of yourself – beyond space and time – as well as your hidden guides and allies in the unseen – and create a path for moving towards your most soul aligned life.
• Mostly, our egos are running our show – and though it is designed for survival – it often doesn’t align with our soul – keeping us small, distracted, and “safely miserable.” You will learn how to discern the ego from the soul and reprioritize your mission on Earth.
• We will develop a map/plan of sessions that best aligns with your goals. Depending on where you are and where you wish to be – will determine how many sessions will work best for you – Everyone is unique in their journey.
• This work is non denominational – and not intended to interfere in your relationship with your God.
• I incorporate intuitive guidance, life/soul coaching, tarot card reading for deeper insights, and guided shamanic journeys to heal, restore, and reconnect your mind and body with the heart of your soul.
